By purchasing a tumbler you agree to these terms. NO QUESTIONS*
*Simple, affordable, memorable* Disclosure: All tumblers are HANDMADE in my home; may have small imperfections such as: small bumps/air bubbles or small specks of glitter on cups. I work in a glitter filled environment, so it is nearly impossible to keep glitter off of them, but I try my best to do so. Once payment is made, I will begin working on your cup.
TURNAROUND TIME is 2-4 weeks - unless a deadline is discussed prior to ordering. TURN AROUND TIME (READY TO SELL TUMBLERS): Please note anything requested needing done on my cutting machine will delay turnaround time by 1-2 weeks. Turn around time does not include shipping time
RETURNS/CANCELATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS. I typically begin working on orders right away, due to this an order cannot be canceled once it is placed. Also I will reach out once to get details on your order if you did not put anything in the notes section at checkout. If I don't get a reply, your order will sit until you reach out to me.
SHIPPING: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All fragile items will be wrapped carefully so that if handled roughly by the carrier, no damages SHOULD occur. Once the item reflects that it has been picked up and is in the hands of the postal service, I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages by carrier and In the event that your item is damaged or missing during shipping, you may open a claim with the shipping company and make me aware of the incident. Once I am reimbursed for your item, I will remake it. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

- AVOID AGGRESSIVE SCRUBBING OR USING ABRASIVE DETERGENTS
- DO NOT SOAK
- NOT MICROWAVE SAFE
- NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
- DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO EXTREME HOT/COLD TEMPS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME (such as a very hot vehicle, or putting your tumbler in a freezer)
- DO NOT SLAM DOWN ON A SURFACE OR DROP (this can cause your tumbler to crack, or break)
