Disclousre:
All tumblers are HANDMADE by me & may have small imperfections such as: small bumps/air bubbles or small specks of glitter on non-glitter cups. I work out of my home in a glitter filled environment, so it is nearly impossible to keep glitter off cups, but I try my best to do so. All tumblers are finished with FDA approved epoxy to ensure your safety and decal and glitter/paint remain beautiful for many years of use.  Once payment is made, I will begin ordering supplies/designing images to make your tumbler.
 
*White tumblers may yellow over time, but I use a high-quality UV resistant epoxy that helps with yellowing. if you leave your tumbler in the sun for extended periods of time, this may cause yellowing.*

8 weeks - unless a deadline is discussed prior to ordering.

Personalized - will fall under my custom turnaround time 8 weeks
Not personalized - will ship in approximately 3-5 business days.

RETURNS/CANCELATIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS.
I typically begin working on orders right away, due to this an order cannot be canceled once it is placed.
 
SHIPPING:
. All fragile items will be wrapped carefully so that if handled roughly by the carrier, no damages SHOULD occur. Once the item reflects that it has been picked up and is in the hands of the postal service, I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages by carrier. In the event that your item is damaged or missing during shipping, you may open a claim with carrier and make me aware of the incident. Once I am reimbursed for your item, I will remake it.

- AVOID AGGRESSIVE SCRUBBING OR USING ABRASIVE DETERGENTS
- DO NOT SOAK
- NOT MICROWAVE SAFE 
- NOT DISHWASHER SAFE 
- DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO EXTREME HOT/COLD TEMPS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME (such as a very hot vehicle, or putting your tumbler in a freezer)
- DO NOT SLAM DOWN ON A SURFACE OR DROP (this can cause your tumbler to crack, or break)
 
 
FAQS:
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Custom tumblers have a 8 week turnaround time, they may be finished sooner - but no guarantee. This does not include shipping time.
 
Q: Will I be updated on the progress of my tumbler?
A: Yes! Unless you've ordered an exact duplicate of a tumbler I've already made, I will always give updates! Once you approve a design, it cannot be changed.
